Jim is the founding member of The Christopher Group – Information Technology (TCG-IT). TCG-IT is a division of The Christopher Group, one of the largest boutique HR executive search firms. Jim brings a breadth and depth of information technology knowledge with more than 29 years of experience in the field, enabling him to uniquely provide counsel and insight to TCG-IT’s many valued clients and candidates.
Prior to starting TCG-IT, Jim was the Chief Operating Officer for a Cleveland based Agile software consultancy, LeanDog, where he led fully integrated Operations including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Strategic Account Development across four service lines using Agile and Lean methodologies. Jim was also a partner, company officer and Board member. Prior to LeanDog, opened up a consulting and recruiting firm specializing in Agile and Lean consulting and IT placement. Prior to that venture, Jim spent over two decades at Progressive Insurance rising thru the ranks from software developer to Group Manager. During his time as group manager, Jim was a strategic leader on a $385 million dollar project that utilized Agile development methodologies.
Jim is a graduate of Cleveland State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer and Information Science. Jim, his wife Susan and their three children reside in Mentor, Ohio.

Kelly is the Business, Office, Property and Project Manager for the TCG North (Cleveland) office. In this role, Kelly has a variety of responsibilities that include accounts receivable, new hire orientation, billings and invoices, as well as day-to-day business management responsibilities for the Cleveland office, as required.
Prior to joining TCG, Kelly worked as an operations specialist for MurTech for three years. In this role, Kelly provided business and office management support on multiple fronts including payroll, accounts receivable and billings.
Kelly is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio.

Matthew is a research/marketing manager for TCG. In this capacity, Matthew is responsible for the initial candidate research and the development of client marketing packets.
Prior to joining TCG, Matthew worked several years for Best Buy, Inc. first in the sales department and then promoted into a customer relations specialist role.
Matthew currently is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Notre Dame College. He resides in Mentor, Ohio.

Sarah is a research/marketing manager for TCG. In her role, Sarah is responsible for the initial candidate research and the development of the client marketing packets.
Prior to joining TCG, Sarah worked several years for Tween Brands, Inc. in the sales department and then switched to working on floor production.
Sarah is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in individualized studies. She currently resides in Mentor, Ohio.
